Things to know before you go
The vibe: Karde is far less commercialised than Murud — perfect for therapeutic morning jogs, deep relaxation and evening photography.
Firm, flat sand: The sand is tightly packed and incredibly flat, which makes for long, easy walks along the surf. Vehicles are not permitted on the beach itself.
Accessibility: Karde sits a short drive from Harnai Port, so it's easy to combine a beach day with the region's maritime forts.
“Families and solo travellers appreciate the flat beach bed and gentle, shallow waves — an exceptionally safe and relaxing spot for swimming or a morning dolphin-watching boat ride.”
